Legacy Five History

The quartet Legacy Five was founded in 1999 by Scott Fowler and Roger Bennett. Scott and Roger sang together in the 1990s in the legendary group The Cathedral Quartet. When The Cathedrals retired in 1999 Scott and Roger founded Legacy Five and were joined by Josh Cobb, Glenn Dustin, & Scott Howard. At This time Scott Fowler and Scott Howard are the only remaining members of the original group.
Legacy Five travels to approximately 180 dates per year singing and sharing the gospel with people all over the world. This group is committed to sharing Christ and seeing lives changed.

Memorial To Roger Bennett

Roger was born March 10, 1959 in Strawberry Arkansas. Roger Bennett was a song writer, vocalist and piano player with both the Cathedral Quartet and Legacy Five. Roger was awarded the Singing News Fan Award for Favorite Pianist for 15 consecutive years. Roger battled with Leukemia, a form of cancer, throughout his days with both The Cathedrals and Legacy Five.Roger spent a period of time in remission before the Leukemia came back Roger passed away on March, 17 2007 in Houston, Tx.
